The exterior of this hotel is very plain and industrial in appearance. Once inside the lobby was very nice, much nicer than expected and they served hot chocolate and warm cookies in the evening and a nice continental breakfast in the morning with many choices including belgian waffles, cereal, croissants, etc. The room was small but clean and appeared to be newly redecorated. The front desk staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. When I needed directions to a drug store they had a selection of cards with pre printed directions at the front desk and that was very helpful. The parking lot is very small with overflow parking in a business next door - however I never had a problem parking in the hotel parking lot.
I would stay in this hotel again.
